These Terms of Service govern your use of EventRef (eventref.co), operated by RateRef LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using EventRef, you agree to these terms.
EventRef provides event vendors with a shareable quote link that allows their clients to view pricing, build a quote, and submit a booking request. EventRef is a quoting and lead capture tool — we are not a party to any transaction or agreement between a vendor and their client.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or business may not maintain more than one active free account.
EventRef offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After your trial ends, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to EventRef including your business name, packages, pricing, and photos. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display and store that content for the purpose of operating your quote link. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights.
You may not use EventRef to:
EventRef is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for any loss of data or business resulting from service outages or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateRef LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EventRef. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your public quote link will be deactivated and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of EventRef after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
