EventRef is operated by RateRef LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use eventref.co.
From vendors (account holders): When you create an EventRef account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and billing information processed through Stripe. We also store the profile content you provide including your packages, pricing, zip code, and travel fee settings.
From clients (quote link visitors): When a client submits a booking request through your EventRef quote link, we collect their name, email address, phone number, event details, and the quote they built. This information is stored and made available to the vendor who owns the quote link.
Automatically: We collect standard usage data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through Vercel Analytics. We use cookies to maintain your session when you are logged in.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate EventRef:
Booking request information (client name, email, phone, event details, and quote total) is shared with the vendor who owns the quote link the client submitted through.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard settings. Booking request data is retained to maintain vendor records.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard. To request data deletion or ask questions about your data, contact us at michael@rateref.co.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use of EventRef after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
